Special agents shot and killed Craig Deliu Robertson while trying to serve him with an arrest warrant and search warrant at a Provo, Utah home, according to court documents.
Robertson threatened Biden on social media, saying in part that he was preparing a specific weapon and would disguise it in clothing ahead of the president's visit to the state.

In March, Robertson also threatened Bragg, saying he was going to New York, and detailed how he wanted to ambush and kill Bragg in the garage.
Bragg is overseeing a criminal investigation into President Donald Trump's plan to cover up allegations of extramarital affairs that arose during his first White House campaign. Trump pleaded not guilty in this case to 34 counts of falsifying internal business documents at his private company about payout for silence to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
According to the complaint, FBI agents monitoring Robertson's home approached him on March 19 to talk about his posts.

Robertson replied, "I said it was a dream" and told them to come back with a warrant.
Robertson is also accused of threatening other politicians, but it is not yet clear to whom.
The FBI agents were not hurt. Details about what caused the shooting were not released.
