In Florida, grandmother killed her grandson for fear that after her death he would remain unattended
The 87-year-old resident of Bradenton (Florida) is accused of killing her 30-year-old disabled grandson. She did this in fear that after her death there would be no one to look after her grandson. Writes about it WFLA.

Investigators believe that the grandmother, realizing the inevitability of her death, killed her own grandson. After all, when she is gone, there will be nobody to take care of him.
“It was thought out, planned. She killed a man, ”said Brent Zeirs, Captain of the Bradenton Police Department.
Joel's sister found his body in the apartment and called the police.
The guy lived with his grandmother, 87-year-old Lilian Parks on weekends, and during the working period he stayed in a disabled home, as he could not take care of himself.
“My grandmother was worried about her shaky health. As a result of this, she was worried about who would care for her grandson if she passed away, ”said the police captain.

The police believe that Lilian Parks gave Joel too much medicine, which killed him.
“You never know for sure what thoughts are overwhelming a person. In this particular case, it’s difficult to say whether a woman was thinking about the well-being of her grandson or about herself, ”said Zeirs.
When Lilian Parks leaves the facility, she will be charged with second-degree murder.
Police are waiting for toxicological reports to determine what Lilian gave Joel.
