Sheremetyevo caught fire passenger liner: 41 people died
Aeroflot passenger airliner caught fire at Sheremetyevo airport. On board the aircraft were 78 people - 73 passenger and five crew members, writes RBC.

“The passenger plane took off from Sheremetyevo to Murmansk. Some time later, he requested an emergency landing, he caught fire when landing, ”the source told TASS.

The fire engulfed the liner completely. People had to urgently leave the plane on the go.
The accident killed people. The exact death toll was not immediately, different media wrote about 11 and 13 deaths. The death of the 41 man was later confirmed.
Data on the number of victims also vary. The Ministry of Health reports two victims, the Investigative Committee - 4, the Ministry of Emergency Situations - 6.
The tail part of the liner is completely destroyed, rescuers are trying to get to the back rows through the twisted metal, where victims may be injured, an Interfax source said.
Among the possible causes was called lightning; according to some sources, the aircraft engine caught fire. According to Interfax, the airliner sent a distress signal without radio contact with the ground and caught fire after hitting his nose into the runway.
