Cities with the most expensive real estate in every state

California:

• The most expensive housing in San Francisco County;
• The average home price there is $1;
• Average mortgage payment: $4;
• The median household income in the county is $87 (statewide: $701).

Florida:

• The most expensive housing in Monroe County;
• The average home price there is $454;
• Average mortgage payment: $1;
• The median household income in the county is $60 (statewide: $303).

Illinois:

• The most expensive housing in the Dupage district;
• The average home price there is $316;
• Average mortgage payment: $1;
• The median household income in the county is $81 (statewide: $521).

New Jersey:

• The most expensive housing in the district of Bergen;
• The average home price there is $484;
• Average mortgage payment: $1;
• The median household income in the county is $88 (statewide: $487).

New York:

• The most expensive housing in the city of New York;
• The average home price there is $932;
• Average mortgage payment: $3;
• The median household income in the city is $75 (statewide: $513).

Oregon:

• The most expensive housing in Clackamas County;
• The average home price there is $413;
• Average mortgage payment: $1;
• The median household income in the county is $68 (statewide: $915).

Pennsylvania:

• The most expensive housing in Chester County;
• The average home price there is $367;
• Average mortgage payment: $1;
• The median household income in the county is $88 (statewide: $995).
