Least of all during this period, property prices rose in Oklahoma, Connecticut, South Dakota, Wyoming and Delaware.

Among large cities, prices rose the most in Las Vegas - by 12,4%, while in San Francisco the increase in property values ​​was 9,6%; in Denver - 8,7%, in Los Angeles - 8,5%.

According to experts, housing prices in the United States will continue to grow in the near future.

On average, 2018 is expected to grow by 3,5%, in addition, mortgage interest rates will rise.
