Real estate prices in the US are rising by $50 every day, and in one city by $800
According to Zillow's website for renting and selling real estate, a typical US homeowner earns a little more than 50 dollars daily (on working days) on the rise in real estate prices.
But in some rapidly developing cities, such as, for example, San Jose, San Francisco or Seattle, real estate prices are rising much faster, adding hundreds of dollars a day, writes Bloomberg.
For example, in San Jose, housing costs rise by $798 per workday, the highest rate in the country. In San Francisco, the daily increase is $481, in New York - $337, in Los Angeles - $210.
Homeowners can consider this as an option for additional income, because in a few years the value of a house can grow by hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The following table shows the top ten US cities in which housing prices grow the fastest.
