The ratio of unemployed to jobs fell for the first time in April of this year compared with 2000 year, reported CNN with reference to the Ministry of Labor.

Low wage growth - about 3% a year - has puzzled economists because employers must start paying more as workers become scarcer and harder to find.
In a study published Tuesday by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, it was suggested that a large number of people working in informal jobs, such as drivers in the Uber, may weaken the overall wage increase.
