Cockroaches, rodents, and sewage: dozens of restaurants in California shut down due to poor sanitation

Seventeen restaurants and two liquor stores located in the San Fernando Valley, California, were closed due to gross violations of sanitary conditions that pose a threat to the health of visitors.
