A court in Maryland found two people guilty of killing a teenager from Russia
A court in Montgomery County, Maryland, found two people guilty of the murder of 18-year-old Artem Ziberov from Russia and his 17-year-old classmate Shadi Adi Najara, writes RTVi.

Roni Galicia, 26, and Edgar Garcia-Guion, 25, were found guilty of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, armed robbery and use of firearms. What punishment awaits them is not specified.

The motive for the double murder was revenge against Shadi Najar, who stole marijuana from his future wife Canales-Janes. From the very first months of the investigation, the Montgomery district police officers called Artyom Ziberov, an American schoolboy with Russian citizenship, an accidental victim.

Artem Ziberov graduated with honors. He was also already accepted at the University of Maryland, where he was going to study international relations. Ziberov was buried in Moscow.
