Southwest Airlines apologized for the incident that occurred on Tuesday, 26 September, in Baltimore. Then the police brought out a woman who complained about two dogs aboard the plane.

According to "Miami Herald, the woman told the cabin crew that she was severely allergic to pets, so she cannot fly with two dogs on board. The airline stated that she didn’t have a medical report confirming this.

“Our policy states that the client (without a medical certificate) may be denied boarding if he reports a life-threatening allergic reaction and cannot safely travel with the animal on board,” said Southwest Airlines. Our flight team repeatedly tried to explain the situation to the client, but she refused to leave the plane, so we had to use law enforcement agencies. ”

In the video made by the passenger Bill Dolas, two law enforcement officers come into the plane and try to pull the woman out. They pull her down the aisle.

“My father has surgery tomorrow. Sorry, my father is having surgery. What are you doing?” she says.

“Come on, lady. Let’s go,” the officer replies.

A woman accuses officers of tearing her trousers, and they tell her to correct them and leave. The officer takes her under the chest and drags her down the aisle.

"Dont touch me! I’m coming!” she shouts.

Other passengers ask the woman to leave the plane, and the officer pushes her at the door.

“I'm a professor. What are you doing?” she asks before leaving the plane. “Jeez, lady, get off the plane and file a complaint later,” advises one passenger.

Southwest Airlines apologized for the incident in her statement.

“We publicly apologize to this client, and we will contact her directly to discuss her problems. Southwest Airlines was founded to serve customers, and our goal is always to provide positive service to all customers. ”

A flight bound for Los Angeles left Baltimore on 35 minutes later than scheduled, reports Baltimore sun.

This incident is the latest in a series of high-profile cases where passengers were forcibly expelled from airline aircraft, and the video of the incident became very popular on the Internet.
