The passenger opened the door of the plane during the flight: 12 people were taken to the hospital
In South Korea, a passenger opened an emergency exit door during an airliner flight. Because of this, air entered the cabin, and 12 people were slightly injured. The plane landed safely. The edition told in more detail APNews.

The Ministry of Transport of the country said that several people on board the Airbus A321 Asiana Airlines plane tried to stop a passenger who was able to partially open the door.
The agency said in a statement that the man was detained by airport police on suspicion of violating aviation security law. The identity and motives of this man were not disclosed.

The law prohibits passengers from touching the front doors and other equipment on board. It provides for punishment of up to 10 years in prison.
The plane with 194 people on board was heading to the southeastern city of Daegu from the southern island of Jeju. The flight usually takes about an hour, and the incident occurred as the aircraft was approaching Daegu Airport at an altitude of 700 feet (213 meters).
The video, which was apparently filmed by a person on board and posted to social media, shows some passengers' hair ruffled by the air blowing into the cabin through the open door.

Among the passengers were teenage athletes on their way to athletics competitions. Some of them were screaming and crying in panic.
Passengers said that when the door was opened, they experienced severe pain in their ears. 12 people were taken to hospital for treatment. Daegu emergency officials said the victims had breathing problems and other minor symptoms.
