Who will receive more payments from the state in 2019
Most people who receive a Social Security pension receive the bulk of their monthly income benefits.

Since they have no other sources of income to pay for their stay, the annual cost of living adjustments (COLA), which Social Security gives participants every January, play a vital role in helping people make ends meet.
Over the past decade, social security has been rather scarce. But in 2019, things can change. Everything leads to the fact that social security benefits can significantly increase compared to what pensioners are used to since 2012.
Social Security calculates COLA every year, looking at the CPI from July to September and comparing it with the levels of the previous year. So far, only the July figure is available, but if this trend remains in August and September, it will allow retirees to increase benefit payments by 2,7 percent in January. If price levels rise this month and in the future, then it is possible that COLA will reach 3 percent.
