An immigrant from Kazakhstan got into a terrible road accident in the USA: friends collect money to help her
The site GoFundMe New Yorker Michael Seropyan organized a fundraiser for Aya Aiga, an immigrant from Kazakhstan. A few weeks ago, the girl was involved in a major car accident and lost the ability to take care of herself on her own.

As the organizer writes in an accompanying message, a few weeks ago a drunk driver crashed into a car in which Aya was a passenger. As a result of a terrible road accident, the girl received a head injury. At first she was treated in a hospital, where she spent almost two weeks. But a few days ago, Aya was transferred to a neurorehabilitation hospital.
According to Seropyan, there is currently no final forecast, but Aya's condition is expected to improve over time. As a result of the head injury caused by this accident, the girl is unable to work, and in her current state, she cannot live independently and take care of herself.

“We remain hopeful as she slowly recovers,” Seropian writes. “Her friends are taking steps to help her have structure in her life, as well as measures to prepare for a safe discharge when she improves.”
