10 the most expensive and cheapest child care states: calculations
Modern parents understand that raising a child is expensive. But many are asking themselves with a specific question: “How much does it cost to raise a child to 18 years?”.
A recent study by ChildCare Aware of America found that the annual cost of child care is typically $10—and that's not the only financial burden parents must bear.
But the cost of raising a child varies from state to state. GOBankingRates determined the average cost of housing, health care, food, and children's clothing for a family of three to determine the 10 of the most expensive and most accessible states for raising children.
