An auction for the sale of paintings by Ukrainian artists has started in the United States: the money will go to help victims of the war
Jewish community organization KINGS BAY Y in partnership with the charitable company Emergency USA launched in New York virtual auction. Paintings by dozens of Ukrainian artists are on sale. The organizers promise to use the collected money to help children affected by the war in Ukraine.

The war was a double blow for her: the woman was born in Nikolaev, and later moved to Kharkov. In 2022, both of her hometowns were hit hard by the Russian invasion.

A very wide selection of works is offered to those who would like to decorate their homes with Ukrainian symbols. There are paintings with embroidered shirts (by Anastasia Huseynova), as well as canvases with flag of Ukraine, titmouse and other cultural attributes of this country in the interpretation of the artist Victoria Droniv.
The auction will last until August 24 - Independence Day of Ukraine. Money collected KINGS BAY Y and Emergency USA promise to spend to help Ukrainians affected by the war. For 28 years of its existence EMERGENCY has helped 12 million people in 20 different countries and is currently working in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Italy, Moldova, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda and Yemen.
KINGS BAY in turn, it builds social ties and facilitates the adaptation of young refugees from Ukraine to life in New York.
