Residents of Seal Beach, Orange County, California, have bought up all the pastries at a local bakery in the morning so that its owner, John Chan, can leave work early.

“The days passed, I could not stop thinking about it. I had an idea - if all the pastries are bought in the morning, Chan will be able to leave work early and visit his wife, ”a local resident shared.
A woman posted an ad on a local portal, and many supported her. Baking at the bakery was over by noon, and John could leave work three hours earlier than usual. And last weekend, he was released already in the morning 10.
Local residents also offered to raise money for the baker, but he refused.
“He said he had enough money. He just wants to spend more time with his wife, ”added Kaviola.
