The United States is ready to rebuild the DPRK's housekeeper if the country abandons nuclear weapons

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that America will help rebuild the economy of North Korea if the country agrees to refuse to develop nuclear weapons, writes with the BBC.

The United States is “ready to work with North Korea to make the country prosper on par with our South Korean friends,” Pompeo said after a visit to North Korea, where he said he had a “good meeting” with Kim Jong Un.

12 June in Singapore will be a meeting of the DPRK leader and US President Donald Trumpon which the future depends in the relations of the two countries.

“If Chairman Kim chooses the right path, there will be a future of peace and prosperity for the North Korean people,” Pompeo said.

The US secretary of state called on Pyongyang to use “bold measures for rapid denuclearization,” stressing that the United States and other countries would conduct a thorough review of the results of these efforts.
