Trump told when and where to meet with Kim Jong-un
US President Donald Trump tweeted that his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will take place in Singapore on June 12, writes Air force.

“My meeting with Kim Jong-un, which many are waiting for, will take place in Singapore on June 12. We will both try to make this moment special for World Peace!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
Trump and Kim agreed to meet in early March. The meeting was proposed by the North Korean leader.
Until now, none of the current US presidents have personally met with any of the leaders of North Korea.
The question of the meeting place of the leaders of the United States and the DPRK was the subject of speculation. Among the many options were called the Demilitarized Zone on the Korean Peninsula, the neutral countries of Europe, such as Switzerland or Sweden, Mongolia or the Russian Far East.
The day before, North Korea released three US citizens who were held in North Korean camps on charges of “crimes against the state” or espionage for Western intelligence agencies.
The liberation of the Americans took place against the backdrop of a warming of relations between North Korea and the United States, South Korea and China. After the Olympics in South Korean Pkhenchkhane, which was attended by athletes from North Korea, Kim Jong-un has already managed to meet with the leaders of China and South Korea.
