While none of the experts mentioned the 2023 VW Atlas Cross Sport, it has an unenviable place on this list. According to Consumer Reports, it has the lowest customer satisfaction rating of any car, with only 38% of owners would buy it again.

JD Power gives it just 72 out of 100 in terms of reliability, with Car and Driver warning drivers of "mediocre interior materials, poor fuel economy" and a V6 engine that lacks performance.
