'Sit down in your seat': aides prepare detailed instructions for Biden on how to behave

Biden was told to "take your seat" and limit the speech to "two minutes."
The photographer took a picture of the document when the head of the White House held the back of the cheat sheet during the meeting.
The prepared instructions for Biden, entitled "Sequence of Events," said he should "enter the Roosevelt room and greet the participants."
Then it is written: "Sit down in your place."
It is then said that after the arrival of the journalists, "you give brief comments (2 minutes)".
After the reporters leave, the instructions say, "You ask Liz Shuler, President of the AFL-CIO, a question" and then "thank the attendees and leave."
Biden's use of personal notes at events has been discouraging before, for example last July, an aide wrote: "Sir, you have something on your chin." Then the president also held this note so that it was visible to reporters and photographers.
According to the environment, Biden does not like that employees are trying to control his behavior to such an extent. They even contradicted his public statements without consulting him.
In March, Biden reminded staff that he is the president, the source said, as they said the head of the White House had something else in mind when he called for the removal of Russian President Vladimir Putin from power in connection with Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Such behavior undermines his authority. Worse, it fuels the Republican view that he is not in full command of the country, Biden said.
The day after Biden's remark about Putin, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klein retweeted a message from CNN White House correspondent John Harwood saying that Biden's remark indicated a "significant lapse in discipline."
Republicans often blame the 79-year-old president for a decline in moderate ability. Biden's predecessor, Donald Trump, said ahead of the 2020 election that Biden has big cognitive problems.
