Drunk Russian-speaking resident of Florida made an accident: a man died
A drunk woman driving a Maserati hit a Ferrari driver who was standing next to his car on the bridge, writes Local10.
According to police, the woman was driving a Maserati and, while moving, she hit a man who was standing on the bridge next to her Ferrari. The man flew over the railing to Intracoastal Waterway and died. The woman was intoxicated three times the legal limit for driving.
According to the arrest report, 33-year-old Irina Borisova-Shadrina from Hallandale Beach (Florida) is charged with manslaughter and drunk driving.
On Friday, October 15, witnesses said they saw a man hit by a car at about 22:52 pm and fly over the bridge to Sunny Isles.
Investigators believe a 90 Ferrari SF2021 driver stopped his car to get out and check the engine. Lionel Michael Marquez was standing behind the car when, according to the arrest report, Shadrina drove up to the stopped car. Investigators said she turned left and hit Marquez as he walked back to his car. It was then that Marquez was thrown into the air and thrown off the bridge.

Shadrina also hit the door from the driver's side of the Ferrari and smashed the car she was driving on the barrier. She continued to drive until the front left wheel of the Maserati fell off. Irina drove 450 feet (137 m) before stopping, according to the report.
“At least 15-20 people saw this,” one witness said.
Police found the man's body almost 12 hours after the incident, at about 10:00 am on October 16.
“Defendant’s decision to drive her vehicle while heavily intoxicated in an urban area demonstrates a reckless disregard for the safety of others and herself,” the report states.

Shadrina herself surrendered to the Miami-Dade police. She was arrested and taken to Turner Guildford-Knight Correctional Center.
Shadrina is an event organizer at the Lique Miami Waterfront restaurant, located next to the bridge.
Her biography is listed on the restaurant's website, which states: “Reena was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She is a successful employee in a dynamic and exciting environment to which Irina is able to add some personal touches or creativity. She started her career in hospitality ten years ago when she began to study with Alex Podolny. "
Podolny is the owner of Lique. He said that what happened was tragic, and also noted: Shadrina is a responsible person.
