'Just Protecting Your Home': Three Pit Bulls Gnawed On 16-Year-Old Teen In Texas
An 16-year-old guy from Irving, Texas, died after being attacked by three pit bulls in the fenced backyard of someone else's house. It happened on 10 of August.

The Irving Police Department announced that the teenager died in Parkland Hospital on the night of 10 on 11 on August. The name of the deceased was not disclosed, writes Fox News.
Doctors also assisted one of the police officers; he received non-life-threatening injuries from dog bites.

The police received a call about a possible dog attack on a person at about 5 in the morning of 10 August. Arriving at the scene, officers found three dogs attacking a teenager in the backyard of the house. The officers jumped over the fence and tried to stand between the animals and the victim.
But the dogs continued to attack. In an attempt to protect himself and the victim, one of the officers was forced to shoot at the most aggressive pit bull. Later, the animal was euthanized. Two other dogs were brought to Irving's animal shelter.

It is unclear how the teenager ended up in the backyard with the dogs.
“He told me he was homeless and I actually wanted to help him,” said Guillermo Lorenzo, the owner of the home where the incident occurred.
No charges will be brought against Lorenzo since the dogs were in the back yard, which was fenced.
According to him, the three pit bulls, Bella, Bruce and Little Beat, simply defended their home, and the teenager should not make their way to the backyard.
Police said they are continuing to investigate the attack.
