The new application will add the most famous sights of the world to your photos.
Everyone knows: if something doesn’t exist on Instagram, we can assume it doesn’t exist in life. If you're one of those who suffer from Instagram envy when looking at other people's travel photos or snapshots of their luxurious lives, there's good news just for you.
The new website and application Krome Photos give everyone the opportunity to use the service and pretend that something important happened - even if in fact it didn’t happen, writes USA Today. A simple example: to be near the world-famous sights, so much so that everyone will believe that you really were there.
Krome photos connects users with designers - and for $12 and a couple of hours you have an edited photo on any background you like. Do you want to fool your followers and make them believe that you were on a “round the world” trip? Please.
“You voice it, we can do it. Anything is possible,” the company states on its website.
Everything, including posing against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower in Paris or the Colosseum in Rome, without a thousand dollars worth of travel in both directions.
How it works: the user selects his photo, and then a background from the ready-made Krome collection, specifies specific requests (“add me a tan”), and places an order - either from smartphones or directly on the website. Krome can combine multiple images, rearrange heads in photos, adjust color, change backgrounds, and remove or add elements.
“I created Krome Photos because I couldn't get quality photo editing and design services for my own photos without waiting too long or paying too much,” says company CEO and founder Eduardo Llac.
The company was founded in 2015 year, but recently received 2,3 million US dollars through the so-called seed financing (high-risk investment in start-up companies) to expand the range of services.
