American couple adopted four children per day

A family from the state of Utah, who could not have children, thanks to an incredible coincidence of circumstances, adopted 4 kids within 24 hours.

The unusual story of the couple told the agency ABC News.

29-year-old Kaylee Carling cannot have children due to the fact that she suffered lupus in childhood, and the medications used to treat this disease have made it impossible to conceive a child in a natural way.

Therefore, she and her husband Jeremy turned to the services of a surrogate mother, also informing social services about their readiness to adopt a child. The couple supported the woman during the pregnancy and even looked after her 2-year-old son.

However, after the birth of the couple’s child, the surrogate mother suddenly decided to keep him, and was soon arrested for child trafficking. The couple began the process of adopting the girl and her 2-year-old brother, but the baby was given to a relative who was killed a little later - along with the newborn.

Kaylee and Jeremy were shocked, but on the day of the surrogate mother's arrest, social services informed them that 2 sisters, aged 1 and 2 years, were available for adoption - Indy and Haven.

During the same day, they were called by a woman who offered to adopt her 9 month old twins for adoption, declaring that she was ready to be granted parental rights in favor of the couple.

Kaylee and Jeremy accepted both offers and during 19-20 of October, in less than 24 hours, the parents of 4 girls immediately became: Haven and Indy and the twins Sunny and Wesley.

“It’s our time to just be a normal family,” said Kaylee, who knew from childhood that she wanted to adopt a child in the future.
