How to prepare for the US citizenship test and interview: Immigration Advice

Civil Law Test
Naturalization exam includes 100 Civil Law Issues (PDF, 296 KB). During a naturalization interview, you will be asked up to 10 questions from this list. You must correctly answer 6 from 10 questions to pass this test.
You have two attempts to pass the English language and civil law exams for each application. If you fail to pass any part of the test during the first interview, you will be retested in the part that you failed between 60 and 90 days from the date of your first interview.
