The US Immigration Service has amended the citizenship and naturalization form

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services made changes to Form N-565, a statement for restoration of the citizenship and naturalization document.
New edition from 13 June 2017 of the year will enter by force September 22 2017. Until this date, you can use the form 12 / 23 / 16. After this date, the previous version of the form will not be accepted.
Recall that the residents of New York now have the opportunity issue the necessary documents for free - thanks to a special program launched by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
