Children from Texas bought an apartment on the proceeds from the sale of lemonade money
10-year-old David and 12-year-old Zach Tanner from Houston (TX) bought an apartment in a house under construction for money earned from selling lemonade.

David and Zack opened their business seven years ago, starting to sell homemade lemonade in Houston’s native district, writes “Lenta.ru report".
The company was successful and soon began to bring the brothers hundreds of dollars daily.

The children took their cue from their father, an investor in the stock market, and began to invest profits from the sale of lemonade in high-yield stocks. Recently, they sold call options (contracts that allow the buyer to acquire an asset at a predetermined price) on their papers, and the money they invested in a housing cooperative that is going to build several houses on 450 apartments in Houston.
Now the Tenners are staying in Australian Sydney with writer Robert Kiyosaki, author of the Rich Dad Poor Dad book series. The brothers call him their spiritual and business mentor.
David and Zack's father, Andy Tanner, says that his sons are not endowed with special talent, but have always been interested in investments.
“I love to invest. I like making money and not working at the same time, ”said 12-year-old Zak.
