“I was hoping it would be a calm flight, especially with a cat. Previously, I flew with her for a maximum of 3-4 hours, but not 12 hours! I hope that animals can be more resilient than people,” she told the BBC.

Lee also said that people did not receive any information from airlines about the delays of their flights.

At the same time, another passenger, Naomi Harm, awaiting the departure of the company Delta in Sacramento, says the airline tried to cheer passengers by constantly contacting them and offering food and drinks.
