25-year-old Belarusian faces jail for repost clip

25-year-old resident of the city of Grodno Andrei Golovenko faces a real prison sentence. Law enforcement agencies of Belarus became interested in the repost of the Rammstein group Pussy video, which was made by Andrei in September 2014 on his VKontakte page. This was reported by the YouTube channel Rock News.

As the young man said, he received a call from the Investigation Committee and was told that a case was opened on the distribution of pornography and he needed to report to the investigator. Tvnet.

At first, Andrew decided it was a joke. When he found out that the reason for the repost of the official clip was the Rammstein band, which he did in 2014, he was incredibly surprised.

Colleagues began to laugh at him, but the guy was not laughing.

The Department of the Investigative Committee of the City of Grodno, on the basis of the results of the examination, opened a criminal case against Andrei Golovenko under Part X. of Art. 2 UK (Production and distribution of pornography).

The young man faces a real term of imprisonment from 2 to 4 years.

Golovenko admitted to the channel presenter that he needed a good lawyer, but there was not enough money for that. Then he opened a collection of money on the Internet, where he asked people to help him collect the necessary amount. Andrew asked to send him at least 1 ruble. As a result, caring people sent him an amount that was several times higher than necessary.

Now the guy has found a lawyer and continues to prove his innocence. He notes that most people he knows laugh at him, because the situation looks absurd.

“The police are doing a good job, there is no more crime. They started working on the clips,” he quotes his colleagues as saying.

The last clip of the Rammstein group also caused a wave of indignation in the press. Musicians were accused of some propaganda of fascism. In the epic video work of Deutschland, the group presented its version of the development of Germany, and also showed all the key moments in the country's history.
