In New York, a woman was detained with loaded pistols

A resident of the state of Texas is detained in New York at the memorial to the victims of the September 11 terrorist attack with two loaded pistols. As reported by AP news agency, Elizabeth Enderley herself informed one of the guards at the memorial that there was a weapon in her bag and wondered where she could leave it for the time she visited the monument.

According to the agency, she had a permit to carry weapons in the state of Texas, but this permission does not work in the state of New York, and she was arrested on weapons charges.

The memorial is two huge, black marble lined quadrangular pits on the site of two twin towers of the World Trade Center, which collapsed after the terrorists sent 11 September 2001 passenger airliners to them. Black marble constantly runs down cascades of water - and therefore the memorial created by architects Michel Arad and Peter Walker in memory of the three thousand who died as a result of the attack, is considered the largest man-made waterfall in North America.
