The actor Vladimir Tolokonnikov, who played Sharikov in “Dog's Heart”, died
In Moscow, a Soviet actor of Kazakh origin, Vladimir Tolokonnikov, died; he was 74 of the year.
The death of the actor was a surprise for his family and friends, the agency said. “Interfax".
“He felt good the day before. He starred in the movie “SuperBeavers-2”. And on Saturday evening he died. Such a tragedy,” said one of Tolokonnikov’s friends.
The funeral of the actor will be held at the Troyekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
Vladimir Tolokonnikov was born in 1943 year in Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Yaroslavl Theater School, after which he worked in the theater of Russian drama named after Lermontov in Almaty.
During his acting career, Tolokonnikov has starred in dozens of films. Fame brought him the role of Sharikov in "Heart of a Dog," directed by Vladimir Bortko, released on screens in 1988 year.
In 2001-2003, Tolokonnikov, paired up with Gennady Balayev, played the main roles in the Kazakhstani sketch drawing "Tolobayki" (2002).
He also starred in the film. Petra Tochilina «Hottabych”, Embodying on the screen the image of an ancient genie, faced with modern Internet culture. For the role Hottabych the actor got MTV Movie Award-2007 in the nomination "The best comedy role."
