Employment in Florida: American Airlines looking for hundreds of agents to work from home
American Airlines announced on March 9 that it will add 600 full-time booking staff to Miami, reports CBS.
The company said it is already training 200 new representatives and plans to hire 400 more in the next couple of months.
The new agents in this position will work from home and assist customers with their travel needs, including providing schedules, fares and flight information.
“These team members will join more than 1500 new hires at Miami International Airport (MIA) in 2021,” the airline said in a statement.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma, GED or international equivalent, and be within 120 km of Miami International Airport.
