10 most uncomfortable US airports

During the holiday season, Americans fly quite often, increasing the workload of airports, which sometimes leads to a very unpleasant experience due to the failure of airport systems and congestion halls.
However, according to the study JD Power, the overall satisfaction of travelers with airport services increased 2016 points for the year 6 compared to 2015 year, rising to a 731 point from the possible 1000 points, writes Time.
The study takes into account 6 factors: the condition and equipment of the terminals; airport accessibility and infrastructure; security level; baggage requirements; check-in and check-in; food, drinks and airport retail.
The rating of airports is based on the traveler 38 931 survey, which in 2016 used the services of airports in North America.
According to the study, airports Portland international и Tampa international are the two most satisfactory for passengers at major airports in North America, scoring 786 and 775 points, respectively.
Third and fourth places went to airports Mccarran international in las vegas and Orlando International with 759 and 751 points, respectively.
Atlanta’s international airport turned out to be the busiest, with more than 100 million passengers passing annually.
The average American satisfaction with airports was 724 points.
