Florida Family Raised $ 1 Million Selling Bleach Cure For COVID-19

Authorities said the Florida man and his three sons were charged in federal court with selling tens of thousands of bottles of bleach, which the family sold as a "miracle cure" for coronavirus and other illnesses.

This man, Mark Grenon, and his sons, Jonathan, Jordan, and Joseph Grenon, were charged with fraud and violation of civil court orders ordering them to stop selling a counterfeit drug that they promoted as Miracle Mineral Solution or MMS. according to docsfiled in the Southern District of Florida.

The FDA has warned people not to ingest the potentially lethal chlorine dioxide solution commonly used for industrial water treatment.

Court documents filed in a civil case indicated that in a podcast released last year, Mark Grenon referred to the second amendment and threatened a federal judge over a court order to stop selling MMS, claiming she was committing "treason."

According to court documents, the family made the mortar in a backyard shed in Bradenton, south of Tampa. Under the guise of an "open" non-religious church called Genesis II Health and Healing Church, the product was marketed as a panacea for cancer, autism, diabetes and other disorders and illnesses.

The report also said that two sons, Jonathan and Jordan Grenon, were arrested and are due to appear in court.

Mark and Joseph Grenon are in Colombia. There is no additional information about their whereabouts.
