'Russian-American relations are on the verge of a break': the US ambassador announced a demarche

On March 18, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Joe Biden’s words addressed to Vladimir Putin were a personal insult. According to him, the Kremlin does not plan to harshly evaluate Biden’s statements, since the head of the States is simply an “irritable and forgetful” person.
