Jimmy Carter broke the record for longevity among US presidents
39 US President Jimmy Carter has become the longest living of all his predecessors. 21 March he turned 94 of the year and 172 of the day, writes Rtvi.

In 2002, Carter received the Nobel Peace Prize for holding peace talks and fighting for human rights.
In 2016, the former president said that he had an advanced stage of cancer and he had surgery on the liver. A few months later, he said, the MRI results showed that the disease had passed.
Formerly former president Jimmy Carter showed his amazingly simple life in a small town in the state of Georgia.
