American 500 sued thousands of dollars for ridiculing doctors during the procedure under general anesthesia

The American sued 500 thousands of dollars for the mockery of doctors who did a colonoscopy (diagnostic procedure for examining the intestines) under anesthesia.

Before the procedure, the patient turned on the voice recorder on his phone to record all the recommendations of the doctors when he departed from anesthesia. On the way home from the hospital, he turned on the recording and found that the anesthesiologist and the gastroenterologist taunted him during the procedure.

The anesthesiologist said that in five minutes of conversation with the patient she wanted to “give him a fist in the face.” When the nurse noticed a rash on the patient's penis, the anesthesiologist advised her not to touch it, so as not to catch syphilis or tuberculosis. The gastroenterologist remarked, in turn, “If this is not Ebola, everything will be fine with you.”
