Airbnb has deleted an offer to rent an apartment in Trump Tower

Apartments in Trump Tower in New York, which were rented out on Airbnb, received rave reviews from service users, but were then removed from the list of offers.
According to The Trump Organization, this offer was removed, since the rules of Airbnb prohibit the renting of whole condominiums in which the owner does not live, writes SF Gates.
Airbnb spokesman Nick Pappas noted that “this offer was a unique situation, so it was decided to remove it”.
Luxury apartments have been available for rent for $ 300- $ 450 per day since September 2016. Tenants learned the exact address of their accommodation after booking an apartment.
However, travelers who can read between the lines could guess which building was being referred to, as the description stated that "this is a specific building, so please do not display your political views on display."
Each tenant underwent verification of documents and scanning by the security service, after which they were asked to report at the entrance that they were guests of the apartment owner.
In December, British programmer Mike Lamb and his wife stayed there on 2016, he described this experience as “surreal” because they heard protesters in front of the building. However, all tenants were satisfied with the conditions in the apartment.
According to the laws of New York, the owner can not rent in a short-term lease (less than 30 days) a whole dwelling.
