A supporter of Trump in a cap with the election slogan of US President Donald Trump's Make America Great Again (MAGA) was kicked out of the bar when he ordered drinks and food, but had not yet had time to eat.

A supporter of President Donald Trump being kicked out and not served at establishments is back in the headlines. This time, a man was kicked out of a Manhattan bar after he refused to take off his red “Make America Great Again” cap.

Bar has already issued a statement about the incident, which states that the employee who refused to serve Trump's supporter was wrong, and will be subject to disciplinary and retraining.

The incident occurred last Wednesday, 6 March. Dion Chini stayed in the bar for about an hour, where he drank three beers and ordered several fish and chips dishes. The client had no questions for the service until the new bartender took over. Cheney saw the staff whispering, so he started recording everything on his mobile phone, knowing what would happen next.

“I knew what was going to happen, so I started recording. I've been refused service before in New York, but I've never had someone take my money and then kick me out before I've finished eating,” he said.

A Trump supporter said he often wears a Trump's cap or other clothing with the logo of his election campaign. He was denied service in different places of the city about a dozen times.

“Refusal of service is normal, I understand, your bar, your restaurant - you decide. But if you provide a service and then kick me out, that’s a problem,” he said.

Bar owners, managers and bartenders are legally allowed to refuse services to those who wear MAGA caps. This decision was made last year by the Supreme Court of Manhattan after a man filed a lawsuit when he was denied drinks in the bar The Happiest Hour. However, Jake's Dilemma bar released a statement saying that they welcome customers of "all beliefs."

Chini boasts a whole list of similar stories. So, in November last year, he was forever banned from visiting Disney World for holding the Trump 2020 sign in his hands.
