The incident occurred at about 5 PM on Monday, 7 October, in the Kew Gardens area of ​​Queens, New York.

“This emotionally insane person stepped out onto the road, grabbed my grandson and hit him with his head on the ground,” said Neftali Portnoy, the boy’s grandfather.

The second child ran immediately to call for help from parents who were at that time in the house.

“There were two of them, and one of them came running. When we heard his scream, we understood: something happened, ”said Tailor.

According to the police, the attacker and the children were not familiar with each other.

“He has a concussion. The boy is in the pediatric intensive care unit. His condition is stable, but critical. I hope he will be fine, ”said Tailor.
