Top 10 best US suburbs
To create a ranking of the best suburbs of 2017 in the United States, experts examined cities with populations from 10 to 100 to thousands of people, removing places from the list where the crime rate was more than twice the national average. Also from the list were removed cities where the average income was less than 85% of the average income in the state in which the city is located. After that, the cities were evaluated on the prospects of the economy, cost-of-living factors, the quality of education, medicine, etc.
At the final stage, the experts visited each city, talked with their residents, examined the surroundings and checked the intangible factors associated with this city, which cannot be determined by analyzing statistics.
