Almost 300 flights delayed in Moscow due to thunderstorms
Nearly three hundred flights were delayed on Monday at Moscow airports due to a thunderstorm, a source in the emergency services of the region reported today, 28 July.
“According to preliminary data, 286 flights were delayed at Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo airports, including 145 arrivals and 141 departures,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
In addition, according to him, seventeen more arriving flights had to be redirected from Sheremetyevo to other airports in Russia.
