In Russia, a scandal erupted around the girls who danced next to the memorial museum in Novorossiysk.
As reported on the prosecutor's office website Krasnodar Territory, on this fact, a procedural check was appointed on the grounds of abuse of the dead, as well as administrative cases were initiated under the article "petty hooliganism."
As a result, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Novorossiysk sentenced one of the girls to 15 days of administrative arrest, the other two to 10 days. The rest due to the state of health received administrative fines.
In addition, the prosecutor's office is going to prosecute officials for failure to protect the memorial museum. There are also audits of educational institutions in which dancers and the Art Dance dance school in which they study are studying.
The memorial is located in the area of the so-called Malaya Zemlya bridgehead. The defense of this piece of land lasted 225 days and ended on the morning of September 16, 1943 with the liberation of Novorossiysk.
