Shooting in a bar in Chicago: two dead, 5 injured
Two people were killed and five were injured by shooting near a bar in South Side, Chicago, Illinois.
The attackers opened fire on people from a passing car bar, writes KSBY.
According to police, the attack took place around 2 at night hours on Sunday after a crowd of people left the Reynold's Lounge bar after a fight inside.
At least one attacker opened fire on the crowd of silver Ford, it is currently unknown to law enforcement officers whether any of the victims were involved in a bar fight and whether at least one of the victims was the target of criminals or shooting was random. The car drove away from the scene of the crime, and the police have no data on the suspects yet.
Four men and three women were injured during the shooting. Two men, 36 and 39, died at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where they were taken after the incident. Another man is in critical condition.
Three of the four other wounded were hospitalized in a stable condition. One woman was only hit by a bullet and refused treatment.
