The owner of Prestige Limousine Chauffeur Service, which owned a limousine who killed 20 people in the largest accident in New York State in the last nine years, served as an FBI informant on the 2009 terrorist plot case of the year. The conspirators planned to carry out two terrorist attacks in the synagogues in Riverdale and on the basis of the air forces of the US National Guard.

Hussain's address is the Crest Inn Suites and Cottages, a complex of 23 single-story units that local manager Arnie Cornett described as "traditional housing."

Cornett described the owner of the Crest Inn as a man he knows only as "Mr. Malik" who lives in Dubai. Hussain, 62, is also known as "Malik," according to local news reports. The manager said Hussain's son "Sean" previously lived at the complex but had recently moved to Albany and was now "just coming here to collect rent and leave."

Cornett also said Prestige was located there but moved about 18 months ago, and said state police came to the complex "last night" and asked him questions about the company that owned the limousine.

“They told me they wanted to find the owner,” the man added.

Limousine passengers, with the exception of the driver and the passenger in the front seat, were not required by the state laws to be tied into the cabin.
