Prikhodko will give money earned in the USA to help ATO fighters
In March, 2015, the Ukrainian singer Anastasia Prikhodko, who climbed in the trenches with fighters on the front line, goes to a charity concert tour of North America Songs for peace.
The artist will visit 9 cities with concerts, meet with the Ukrainian diaspora, among which there will also be a meeting with Ukrainian students at Harvard University. All collected funds from the tour will be sent to help Ukrainians affected during the ATO.
“I am going to the USA with one thought and goal - to help Ukraine and Ukrainians who suffered at the hands of terrorists, and I am very grateful to the Ukrainian diaspora in the USA for organizing the tour and the desire to help Ukraine. Today, Ukraine is experiencing its most dramatic episode since gaining independence in 1991. I really want the freedom-loving people of the United States of America to know that Ukraine also strives for freedom, democracy, the rule of law and self-affirmation as a worthy, strong nation - an equal among equals,” Nastya commented on her tour.
