USA makes it easier for companies to issue work visas

US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the launch experimental Action Known employer (literally translated as “Recognized Employer”), which will help employers hire certain employees based on their work visa categories.
This innovation will simplify the scheme that uses Citizenship and Immigration Services United States (USCIS) when reviewing employers to sponsor work visas for certain professions.
