The car, from the window of which the forest beast was peeking, came into view on the highway near Yekaterinburg, on the 17 km of the Chelyabinsk highway.

Judging by the video from the dash cam, the bear is sitting in the back seat of a Volga with Rostov license plates. It makes its presence known when the passenger in the front seat sticks his hand out the window. Then the bear leans out the window, caressing and licking his hand.

The beast was shot at the very entrance to the city, on the seventeenth kilometer of the Chelyabinsk highway. What are the further adventures of a bear in Yekaterinburg, is still unknown.

According to representatives of the State Traffic Inspectorate, the rules of the road do not stipulate how to transport animals. This is governed by sanitary and epidemiological standards.

However, according to experts, transporting a wild animal in such conditions can be dangerous for the people themselves, because it is not known how the beast will react if something frightens it in motion.
