More than a 30 minute video from Facebook Live, taken during 32-year-old Florencio Millan-Vazquez's arrest in Kansas City (Missouri), shows how ICE agents and local police try to persuade a man to leave the car. Millan-Vazquez and his girlfriend Cheyenne Hoyt are repeatedly asked to submit a warrant, but the officers claim that they have the right to make an arrest without a warrant.

“If you don’t come out, I’ll break the window,” one of the officers says.

“This is my personal property and you can’t do that,” Millan-Vasquez responds.

After a few more minutes of trying to convince the man to get out of the car, the officer tells him to close his face and eyes. Then he smashes the window, opens the door and pulls the man out.

You can hear the 11-year-old son of a couple crying after the officer broke a window and started dragging his father out of the car.

“After attempting to negotiate with Millan-Vazquez for approximately 25 minutes, ICE officers had no choice but to make the arrest by forcibly removing him from the vehicle,” ICE spokesman Sean Neudauer said.

According to him, Millan-Vazquez committed offenses in the United States, and also illegally entered the country five days after a federal immigration judge expelled him from the United States in 2011 year.

Immigration lawyer Jessica Piedra noted that agents must have a warrant for arresting a person inside the house, but lower requirements exist outside the house.
