7 victims, which are Americans, to become richer
Despite the fact that there is no reliable way to get rich, there are tricks that will help you quickly accumulate wealth, writes CNBC.
According to the Retirement Optimism Index, conducted by the Wells Fargo and Gallup, most Americans understand that without certain victims, wealth cannot be accumulated. Most of the survey participants admitted that they had to reduce their financial goals.
Below are 7 strategies that Americans resort to:
81% use their cars longer than they would like
70% work for several years longer than they would like
65% refuse TV subscription
62% dramatically reduces daily expenses
57% buy cheaper phone plans
53% reduce the number of vacation days
52% Hold on to a job or career they don’t like.
Other strategies include buying a small house, combining two jobs, postponing the birth of children. Up to 28,% of respondents admit that they agree to save money in order to save money for the education of children in college.
Only 15% of respondents say that they have a detailed plan that allows them to achieve their financial goals, another 35% say that they simply control the financial capabilities that are available at the moment.
Zdravko Cvetich, the founder of the self-development company Zero to Skill, states that in order to become richer, you should abandon “fixed thinking”.
“People with a fixed mindset believe that their intelligence or skills are fixed traits and they create success without extra effort. They are wrong. Successful people invest enormous amounts of time every day to develop a growth mindset, acquire new knowledge and skills, change their perceptions and add value to their lives,” he says.
Millionaire Steve Sebold and media mogul Oprah Winfrey say achieving wealth may require giving up some relationships. “If you spend time with people who are more accomplished than you, then no matter how difficult it may be, you will become more successful,” says Cvetic.
Siebold, in his book How Rich People Think, argues that it is necessary to give up fear.
“The great ones operate at a level of consciousness where fear does not exist. At this level, everything seems possible,” he writes.
In addition, rich and successful people do not accept the word "no" as an answer, they are looking for ways to get what they want.
